Initial 60-minute virtual consultation
(1) 60-minute virtual prenatal meeting to discuss options during your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum
Digital resource packet highlighting comfort measures, labor/birth preparation, and postpartum care
Availability via text or email to answer questions from 30 weeks until 2 weeks postpartum
4 hours of virtual face-to-face availability during labor to answer questions, provide suggestions for different labor and birth positions, breath and tension release techniques, comfort measures, and support for the partner
(1) 30-minute postpartum virtual meeting to talk about your birth experience and answer any questions you have regarding postpartum recovery, adjustments, breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and newborn care
