Childbirth Education Class
We strive to offer practical support for expectant families by providing in-depth childbirth education that ensures that by the time your labor and birth arrive, you are confident in making informed decisions that are best for you and your baby.
This four-week class, taught by childbirth experts, is open to any expectant parent or couple. Throughout the course, attendees will learn everything from prenatal nutrition to newborn care.
The free, weekly class is hosted by LaGrange Baptist Church in Pavilion, NY, runs from 6:30-8:30 p.m., and features hands-on lessons taught in an intimate setting that fosters discussion and a sense of community with fellow expectant parents.

Our virtual doula services provide compassionate, experienced support to expectant families throughout pregnancy, labor, and childbirth—no matter where you are. While not a medical provider, your virtual doula offers invaluable emotional reassurance, guidance, and evidence-based information through secure video calls, messaging, and phone support.

We are excited to offer newly expanded in-person doula services for pregnant women in Wyoming, Livingston, Genesee, and Allegany counties in Western NY.
