We strive to offer practical support for expectant families by providing in-depth childbirth education that ensures that by the time your labor and birth arrive, you are confident in making informed decisions that are best for you and your baby.

This four-week class, taught by childbirth experts, is open to any expectant parent or couple. Throughout the course, attendees will learn everything from prenatal nutrition to newborn care.

The free, weekly class is hosted by LaGrange Baptist Church in Pavilion, NY, runs from 6:30-8:30 p.m., and features hands-on lessons taught in an intimate setting that fosters discussion and a sense of community with fellow expectant parents.
